1. Personnel Selection Processes

1.1. Purpose of Processing: The management of your resume in personnel selection processes for TECNIBITE and the relationship with you as a candidate for a job opening.

1.2. Lawfulness of Processing: The basis for processing your personal data, in this case, is the consent you provide as a candidate when submitting your resume to participate in current and/or future selection processes.
However, you have the right to object to this processing, which you may do through any of the means described in this Policy.

1.3. Data Retention: Your data will remain active in the Tecnibite candidate database for two years from the date you provided your resume. After this period, it will be destroyed.

1.4. Recipients of the Data: Your personal data will only be communicated to third parties in the following cases:
